Bayer Leverkusen CEO Fernando Carro has confessed in 2 separate interviews that Kai Havertz wishes to leave the club and they may be forced into a sale.

After spending a years at the club, Havertz is trying to find another difficulty and Chelsea, Manchester United and Bayern Munich have actually all been heavily linked. There were reports that Bayern were ahead in the chase but that has been refuted

The German global is expected to move for around ₤75 m this summer season and Carro admitted in German paper Kölner Stadt-Anzeiger: ” Numerous clubs are interested in him.

” I see the gamer’s wish to take the next step sometime in the future. You need to respect that as much as the reality that he has an agreement in up until 2022.”

Carro also talked to Infobae and said: ” Kai has been with us for ten years, he is a player who is fully incorporated and dedicated to the club, however he wants to take a big step.

” All the excellent clubs in Europe seek him and for us, in the end, what the gamer desires is what is essential.

” We are open to see what will happen in the future, no one understands.

” At the minute he is focused on the season with us. He has been injured the last 2 games but we hope to have him for the last few fixtures.”
