The city only began returning into lockdown yesterday and today Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer implicated the Prime Minister of presiding over what he said was a “lost week”.
The Prime Minister firmly insisted that action had been taken promptly and safeguarded the sharing of testing figures with regional authorities.
