A new Physician Who computer game? On consoles? You have our attention.

As exposed at New York Comic-Con 2020, David Tennant’s Tenth Medical professional and Jodie Whittaker‘s Thirteenth are collaborating for Medical Professional Who: The Edge of Reality, a brand-new game based upon an expanded version of The Edge of Time, a VR video game launched in 2015 by developer Labyrinth Theory. As reported by < a data-ga="[["Embedded Url","External link","https://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2020-10-11-david-tennant-and-jodie-whittaker-teaming-up-for-doctor-who-the-edge-of-time-next-year",{"metric25":1}]] href=" https://www.eurogamer.net/articles/ 2020-10-11- david-tennant-and-jodie-whittaker-teaming-up-for-doctor-who-the-edge-of-time-next-year" rel=" noopener noreferrer" target=" _ blank" > Eurogamer, The Edge of Reality will build on the foundation of The Edge of Time and bring its adventure to a broad console audience, with releases intended on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC.

In a short teaser, we see a suite of the Physician’s old opponents as well as the reveal of David Tennant, whose appearance is entirely brand-new to this re-visioned version of the game. It does not appear like the fanciest video game in the world, but it’s the Medical professional on your Nintendo Change. If absolutely nothing else, that’s amazing to see.

Plus, it’s not the only Medical Professional Who game we’re getting! Kaigan Games is likewise developing The Lonesome Assassins, a found-phone game (like that Mr. Robotic video game from a few years back) motivated by “Blink”, everyone’s favorite Doctor Who episode to avoid viewing since it’s honestly truly frightening and we do not need that energy in our lives. It’ll include, among more details about the Weeping Angels, an appearance from Petronella Osgood, as played by Ingrid Oliver.

The Lonely Assassins is coming to iOS and Android. Both Medical Professional Who video games are slated for release sometime in the spring of next year.
