Former Olympic swimmer Rebecca, 31, said her ankle was “so painful and swollen” after the accident.
Rebecca is expecting her first child with boyfriend Andrew Parsons. She also has a daughter Summer with ex-husband Harry Needs.
The blonde Olympian shared a photo of her swollen ankle resting on a pile of pillows as she watched I’m A Celebrity.

As she shared the photo on her Instagram story on Sunday 29 November, she shared her woes with her 93,000 followers.
Rebecca wrote: “Hardest week of pregnancy so far and what happens today…
“I fall down some steps and go over on my ankle. It’s now so painful and swollen.
“Resorted to now crawling as it’s too painful to even walk.”
She then shared her appreciation for boyfriend Andrew as Rebecca continued: “@AndrewParsons5 Thank you for looking after me and dealing with the tears”.
It comes after the star opened up on her pregnancy struggles in a candid Instagram post last week.
Rebecca shared a photo of herself dressed in a berry coloured jumper as she candidly confessed to battling with her hormones in the caption.
She wrote alongside the photo: “Pregnancy has kicked my a*s today. Feel exhausted yet I’ve done nothing and like I’m going to burst into tears for no reason at all.
“I’m 26 weeks now and I know sooo many people who are pregnant but I would love to hear how others have found it. As much as I don’t want to moan, pregnancy during this global pandemic has been a challenge.
“Andy hasn’t been allowed to come to any hospital appointments, many of my friends and family I still haven’t seen, no baby shower, I only met my midwife for the first time last week so it’s felt a lot more disconnected and i’m not even allowing myself to think about the possibility of having to give birth by myself. That terrifies me. [sic]
“Having said that we have made things a lot worse for ourselves by having a house extension and having no kitchen at all for 2 months”.
Rebecca continued: “I also know when he arrives that none of that matters as long as he’s healthy.
“I can’t wait to get to the exciting bit now of buying bits and coming up with names (any suggestions welcome) Summer is beyond excited too. She made him a card at school yesterday so she has something to give him when he arrives… absolutely melts me!!”
