Martine has previously confessed to being a big fan of The Cambridge Diet plan and is also an ambassador for the company after revealing she lost 21 inches in total from all over her body.
The Cambridge diet is a low-calorie diet plan designed for quick weight loss overseen by a team of experts.
The plan is basically a meal replacement diet that involves daily consumption of specially made shakes, soups, porridges and snack bars.
Sign-ups to the plan also receive the help and support of one-to-one relationships with dieticians and consultants.
She revealed that struggling with health problems had slowed down her weight loss efforts.
The former EastEnders star has been living with chronic fatigue syndrome ME since 2011 and has been told by doctors that she has Lyme disease, as well as fibromyalgia, which causes pain all over the body.
Speaking about The Cambridge Plan, Martine has previously said how beneficial she found having a one to one consultant to raise any concerns with.
Martine has said: “My loss was a tiny bit slower than the average person but to be honest I expected that as many diets/food plans didn’t work for me at all as the lymes disease and me can really play havoc with how your system works. [sic]
“Plus my consultant Donna stressed that my health is the most important thing so I took things a little more slowly whilst feeling more energised and even with health issues I’ve still managed to do it!
“Only 5 and a half weeks and My BMI is in a much healthier range – and on my step of the plan I love that I can still have my green juices, porridge and real food.”
To keep herself looking youthful, Martine has also previously discussed her love of Botox, and last month, she shared a clip of herself undergoing the treatment on social media.
