Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho has taken to social media to celebrate both a stellar individual and team performance, as the Reds ran out 2-0 winners at Villarreal in the Champions League.

Sancho, who superbly wrapped up the win with his first goal for the club after a swift United counter-attack, earmarked a performance worth building on at the Estadio de la Cerámica.

The forward was mobbed by his team-mates following the strike, with the clear jubilation and delight in the moment clear for all to see.

Fellow forward Cristiano Ronaldo had opened the scoring 12 minutes prior to the England international’s strike, with the two goals in the closing stages ensuring United reacted to a challenging few days in the best way possible, by securing qualification to the last 16 of the Champions League with a game to spare.
