Ricardo Mansour Chasebi, 63, was charged a total of £584 by Oxford Magistrates’ Court after committing the infraction on October 09.
He appeared in court on September 23.
It was found he had 166 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, exceeding the prescribed limit of 80 milligrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood.
He was fined £250, as well as a surcharge for victim services of £34.
The total also includes £300 for the Crown Prosecution Service.
He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 26 months, which could be reduced by 26 weeks if by March 24, 2023 he completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.
